Right the first time and every time” is not just a slogan. It creates the foundation for everything we do.

Enterprise Drive in Mentor, Ohio. The name Enterprise Welding & Fabricating, Inc. was founded and established on this day.
Enterprise Welding

1977

The founders were committed to making this new venture work.  They worked two jobs, maintaining their full time positions at Barger Metal and working night shift and weekends at Enterprise Welding.  From month to month they struggled with covering rent and bills.  After 1.5 years, the owners made the hard decision to close the doors.  The investments and assets they owned would be split up among the group and stored in their home garages.

Prior to this officially happening, a local neighbor worked for a company that was looking for welding service.  Meyers Products offered Enterprise an opportunity to weld parts for snow plows that would save the company.  Enterprise begins to create a name for itself that was associated with hard work and quality.  This reputation started to spread locally, and business began to flourish and grow.

Quality & Certificates

“Right the first time and every time.” That’s easy to say, but not easy to do. Anyone can make a part to print once. Making parts right every time, again and again – that’s what we do. It starts with process design and ends with execution. Relentless pursuit of consistency – doing everything the same way every time – produces predictable results. Input from the team, training, coaching, constant communication, and always striving for perfection make us the supplier to choose when it has to be right.

Enterprise Welding & Fabricating, Inc. knows Quality. Automotive Industry Action Group (AIAG) is our guide.

IATF 16949-2016 Pineneedle certificate

IATF 16949-2016 Heisley certificate

ISO 9001:2008 and TS16949:2009 registrations underscore our commitment to world class excellence.
